Mrs. Crouser Room 112

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday spending time with family.  Hard to believe we will be enjoying Winter break in a couple short weeks. On Friday, December 14^th we will be having a Polar Express day where the kids can wear their pj’s.  We will also be having a quick rotation time in the afternoon. I will need 3-4 parents to help run these approximately 12:40 – 2:00.  Please look for a sign up sheet next week.

Kindergarten News

Better late than never.  Sorry on the delay of newsletter.  Today was our 50^th day of Kindergarten.  Zero the Hero returned to bring us an addition game.

Remember conferences are next Monday and Tuesday.  I look forward to talking to you all about your great children.  Students have been working hard in all academic areas and continue to impress me.

Literacy:     Phonics: review all previously taught sounds and intro /i/

                  Hot Words: review all words and intro for, he

                  Reading Workshop: retelling stories, character and setting

                  Writing Workshop: capital letters, spacing and periods

Mathematics: review and workplaces
